The Librarians: The Next Chapter creator Noah Wyle hasn't yet ruled out a season 2nd for the adventure TV Series. After confirmation it will return at Monday, August 3, 2026 near the same time as 1st. Here’s what we know so far.

The Librarians: The Next Chapter centers on Vikram Chamberlain, a "Librarian" from the past who time traveled from 1847 and now finds himself stuck in the present. When Vikram returns to his castle in Belgrade, Serbia and discovers that it is now a museum, he inadvertently releases magic across the continent. With the help of a new team of eclectic heroes, including a savant in world history, a scientific genius, and a highly skilled Guardian, Vikram has only six months to clean up the mess he made.
When will The Librarians: The Next Chapter Season 2 air?
The returning of TV Show will consist of generated total episodes, that will be available at CW on demand. First episode will start on August 3, 2026. Series episodes will premiere weekly on Sundays at 9:00 pm. More detailed schedule presented below:

The Librarians: The Next Chapter Season 2 Expected Cast
Some additional members probably join the second season of the series. Jessica Green will be back as Charlie Cornwall alongside Callum McGowan (Vikram Chamberlain). Together with Olivia Morris (Lysa Pascal) and Bluey Robinson as Connor Green.
