The essential cast most likely back. Sergeant Jim "JD" Dempsey will be played by actor Todd Lasance alongside NCIS Special Agent Michelle Mackey will be played Olivia Swann. Together with Mavournee Hazel (AFP Forensic Scientist Bluebird "Blue" Gleeson), Sean Sagar (NCIS Special Agent DeShawn Jackson), Tuuli Narkle (AFP Liaison Officer, Constable Evie Cooper) and William McInnes (AFP Forensic Pathologist, Dr Roy Penrose).

For the first time, CBS Studios will expand one of its biggest and most successful global franchises into a new international edition, NCIS: SYDNEY. The series, which is slated for 2023, will feature local stories with Aussie actors and producers and be filmed in one of the world's most scenic harbor cities. Season second will consist of eight total episodes, that will be available online on Paramount Network. First episode starts on December 30th, 2024. Series episodes will premiere on Mondays at 3:00 am. More detailed schedule presented inside table below:
